You will need to pick up the e-bikes from our shop in Newquay. We are based in Newquay centre. You will receive the full address when you book.
We’ll explain the basic controls and make sure you are comfortable with operating the bike to ensure you have a fantastic experience.
Depending on the length of the bike hire you may wish to bring a backpack. We suggest having a mobile phone fully charged to help you with navigation.
Before you ride, we require copies of your ID and credit card for security purposes.
The minimum age to join a group session is 14 years old and will need to be accompanied by a parent throughout the duration of the hire period.
