Meet at the farm base, where your guide will kit you out with a full-length wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, and wetsuit socks. After a short safety briefing, you’ll head down to the water’s edge, ready to start exploring.
The route takes you along the coastline, moving across rocks, wading through tidal pools, and swimming in the sea. Along the way, you’ll visit sea caves, discover hidden inlets, and, for those who are keen, take on a range of jumps into the water. Everything is guided at your pace, with different challenge levels to suit all abilities. Whether you want to push yourself or take it steady, there’s plenty to enjoy.
Sessions are designed to be fun, active, and a great way to experience the coastline from a different perspective. You’ll be in a small group, making it an interactive and social experience, with guides offering support and local knowledge along the way.
Based in the heart of Pembrokeshire, this experience takes place along the wild and beautiful coastline near St Davids. The meeting point is at Pwll Caerog Farm, where you'll get suited up before heading down to the shore.
The exact route depends on the conditions, but expect to see dramatic rock formations, crystal-clear water, and a rich variety of marine life.
All participants must be comfortable in the water, but strong swimming ability is not required. Wetsuits provide extra buoyancy, and guides are there to support you throughout.
Anyone under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Suitable footwear is essential—old trainers are recommended, as beach shoes do not offer enough grip or protection.

As a representative of the National Coasteering Charter and a key contributor to the Coasteering Guide Award, he is dedicated to ensuring that coasteering is delivered safely and to the highest standard. No previous experience is required to join an adventure session. Activities are tailored to suit the individuals on the session, and we believe in "challenge by choice" – meaning you decide how much you want to push yourself. Whether you’re comfortable attempting a 7-metre jump or just want to enjoy being in the water, we’ll make sure the session suits your confidence and ability.
