Over the course of three hours, you’ll follow a river bed through a scenic gorge, navigating a series of natural obstacles that may include climbing, swimming, scrambling, and jumping into crystal-clear pools. Depending on the river conditions and the group’s abilities, your instructor will guide you through the most suitable route, ensuring a challenging yet enjoyable experience for everyone.

The entire session lasts approximately 4 hours, including meeting the instructor, changing into gear, and the safety briefing. You will spend at least 3 hours in the canyon.
Weather and river conditions can vary, especially in Wales. Safety is our top priority, and we constantly monitor the conditions in the days leading up to your booking. If the river levels are too low or too high due to rainfall, we may need to adjust the plan.
In the rare event that conditions are unsafe (such as heavy rain causing dangerous water levels), we might have to cancel the session. We’ll do our best to reschedule your adventure at a convenient time or offer a refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
