Canyoning is an outdoor adventure activity where participants navigate through a canyon by engaging in activities such as walking, climbing, jumping, sliding, and abseiling. It combines elements of various outdoor sports, offering an exhilarating experience in nature's water-formed pathways.
Start with a swimsuit worn under a wetsuit (we'll provide the wetsuit). Pair it with old trainers that you don't mind getting wet. Ensure you have a towel handy for changing after the activity. If you're canyoning during colder weather, also bring a fleece, gloves, and hat. Lastly, have some warm, comfy clothes ready for post-canyoning relaxation.
No. While some canyoning routes are designed for intermediates or experts, there are also many beginner-friendly routes, especially at Keltnayburn. Our guides will ensure you're on a route that matches your comfort and skill level.
When guided by trained professionals and with the right safety equipment, canyoning is a safe and enjoyable activity. We provide all necessary safety gear, and our guides are trained to ensure participants' safety throughout the experience.

Generally, all activities run in all weather conditions but if for any reason the activity cannot run due to adverse weather conditions we will be in contact to either rearrange or offer an alternative.
