Day 1:
Begin your adventure at Stickle Ghyll car park. The first day includes a detailed briefing on route planning and the essentials of expedition kit. As you ascend through the valley, you'll visit landmarks like Stickle Tarn and the Langdale Pikes. The day concludes with setting up a wild camp, where you'll learn best practices for camping in the wild, including Leave No Trace principles.
Day 2:
Wake up to the serene beauty of the Lake District and continue your hike towards Seargent Man and High Raise. The second day focuses on navigation and managing pace with a heavier pack. The route circles back to the starting point, giving you the chance to reflect on your newfound skills and achievements.

You'll need appropriate hiking clothing, sturdy walking boots, a backpack, sleeping gear, and food for two days.
A full kit list will be provided upon booking, and some equipment can be borrowed if needed. Ensure you have weather-appropriate clothing, as conditions in the Lake District can change rapidly.
A reasonable level of fitness is required as you'll be hiking approximately 10 miles per day with a heavier pack than usual.
