🛥️ What to Expect

Your private charter begins in the afternoon along Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. After boarding the 40ft catamaran, the crew provides a short safety briefing before departing along the coastline. As the boat leaves the marina, the route passes beaches, rocky headlands and forested hills typical of the Guanacaste region.

Partway through the cruise, the captain anchors in a sheltered bay chosen for safe swimming conditions. Guests can snorkel using the provided equipment or use kayaks and paddleboards to explore the surrounding water. Those who prefer to stay onboard can relax on deck while drinks and snacks are served.

As the afternoon transitions into evening, the catamaran continues cruising along the coastline while the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. The open bar remains available throughout the trip, and food is served during the cruise. After sunset, the boat returns to the marina, completing the four-hour experience.

📍 Location

The cruise operates along Costa Rica’s north Pacific coast in the Guanacaste region. This coastline features a mix of sandy beaches, rocky coves and tropical forest that extends directly to the ocean.

Common departure areas include Flamingo, Tamarindo and nearby coastal towns. Offshore waters are part of the Pacific marine ecosystem, where snorkelling conditions depend on daily sea conditions selected by the captain.

✅ Prerequisites

No prior sailing or snorkelling experience is required. Guests who wish to participate in snorkelling, kayaking or paddleboarding should be comfortable entering the water from a boat.

Boarding involves stepping from the dock onto the catamaran. The vessel is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Infants must sit on an adult’s lap, and infant seats are unavailable. The experience is not recommended for travellers with back problems, heart conditions or for those who are pregnant.
