You will enjoy the Appia Antica Regional Park, Caffarella Park, and Aqueducts Park, experiencing a mix of green spaces and ancient landmarks. Options for short or full-day rides make it easy to fit cycling into any schedule.
Rides start at the meeting point on Via Appia Antica, where you collect your bike, helmet, and lock. Suggested routes on Koomot or Wikiloc guide you through the parks and historic roads, helping you see both famous sites and hidden corners. Toilets and refreshment facilities are available along the way, and short breaks can be taken whenever needed.
Trails wind past ancient aqueducts, villas, and parkland, allowing you to enjoy Rome’s history and natural beauty side by side. The pace is flexible, so you can take your time, stop for photos, or rest at cafés.
Routes continue into the city, connecting green spaces to Rome’s centre. You will pass quieter streets as well as well-known landmarks, giving a varied experience for those looking to explore more than the typical tourist paths. With full-day rentals, there’s plenty of time to extend your ride and explore the city at your own rhythm.

Younger children can join using either a rear baby seat for ages 1–5 (up to 20 kg) or a trailer bike for ages 6–9, both of which are securely attached to an adult’s e-bike. From age 10 onward, children may ride their own e-bike if they have solid independent cycling experience and are at least 140 cm tall, though we generally recommend independent riding from age 11.
There are also a few upper limits to keep everyone safe and comfortable. The maximum recommended age for participants is 75, and the weight limit for any rider or equipment setup is 100 kg. These guidelines help ensure each bike performs as intended and that every participant enjoys a smooth and controlled ride.
