Functional Breathwork is a training method designed to analyse and correct your breathing patterns, significantly boosting your mental and physical health by teaching you techniques to breathe more effectively.
This course is suitable for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve health conditions like asthma and anxiety, and enhance overall well-being. It's particularly beneficial for athletes and individuals involved in high-stress environments.
The course consists of three one-hour sessions that include an assessment of your current breathing patterns, personalised instruction on correcting these patterns, and practical exercises to integrate into your daily routine.
The BOLT (Body Oxygen Level Test) score is a simple breath-holding test used to assess your current breathing efficiency. It helps determine the starting point for your personalised breathwork plan.
By the end of the course, you should expect improved control over your breathing, reduced symptoms of any breathing-related health issues, enhanced mental clarity, and an overall increase in your joy of living.
