Take to the air on a private gyrocopter flight offering uninterrupted views of Dubai’s coastline and landmarks. This short, focused flight is designed for clear sightseeing and aerial photography, with images and video included after the experience.
On arrival, you’ll check in and complete the required safety and documentation checks, including passport verification. A pre-flight briefing covers the aircraft, seating position, communication with the pilot, and flight route. You’ll be fitted with safety equipment before boarding the gyrocopter.
Once airborne, the flight follows a coastal route that passes over some of Dubai’s most recognisable areas. The gyrocopter’s open design provides clear, unobstructed views, making it particularly well suited to photography. During the 20-minute flight, you’ll see landmarks including the Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Ain Dubai, Kite Beach, and the World Islands, with the pilot maintaining a steady pace for visibility rather than speed.
After landing, the experience concludes without additional ground activities, keeping the focus firmly on the flight itself. Edited photos and a short video are sent to you within 24 to 48 hours, allowing you to revisit the experience without needing to handle any equipment during the flight.
Flights operate from a coastal aviation base with direct access to Dubai’s shoreline airspace. This location allows efficient routing over key landmarks without long transit time, maximising time spent in the air.
The area is accessible by road and public transport, and arrival instructions are provided after booking. If hotel transfers are included in your booking, pick-up typically takes place 30–60 minutes before the scheduled flight time, with confirmation sent in advance.
Participants must meet strict safety and regulatory requirements. You must be at least 17 years old on the day of the flight and weigh no more than 105 kg, which is a legal limit set by the aircraft manufacturer. A valid passport is required for check-in.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant guests or anyone with heart conditions, back problems, or recent injuries. All participants must be able to follow pilot instructions and sit comfortably for the full duration of the flight.
This experience is structured around clarity and exclusivity, offering a private flight rather than a shared aerial tour. The route is planned to maximise landmark visibility within a short time window, making it efficient as well as distinctive.
Photos and video are included as standard, with no need to arrange add-ons. The emphasis is on delivering a clean, well-managed flight that prioritises safety, clear views, and a straightforward booking process.
A gyrocopter is a lightweight aircraft that uses a free-spinning rotor for lift and a propeller for forward motion. It flies at lower speeds than a helicopter, allowing clearer views and a more stable sightseeing experience.
The open or semi-open design also means fewer obstructions between you and the landscape, making it popular for aerial photography.
This is a private flight, meaning only you and the pilot are on board. There are no shared seats or additional passengers.
This setup allows the pilot to focus entirely on your route and visibility during the flight.
The route includes views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Ain Dubai, Kite Beach, and the World Islands. The exact path may vary slightly depending on air traffic and weather.
The pilot adjusts altitude and direction to provide the best possible views within the allotted flight time.
No flying experience is required. The pilot handles all aspects of the flight, and your role is simply to remain seated and follow instructions.
A full briefing is provided beforehand so you know what to expect during take-off, flight, and landing.
Yes, photos and an edited video are included in the price and sent to you electronically within 24 to 48 hours after the flight.
This allows you to enjoy the experience hands-free without needing to bring your own camera.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose items such as scarves or hats that could be affected by airflow.
Sunglasses are recommended, as the cockpit offers clear exposure to sunlight during the flight.
Yes, the maximum weight is 105 kg per participant. This is a legal and safety requirement set by the aircraft manufacturer and cannot be exceeded.
Weight is checked on the day of the flight, and participants over the limit will not be permitted to fly.
No, pregnant guests are not permitted to participate. This restriction is in place for safety reasons and is strictly enforced.
If you are unsure, you should consult a medical professional before booking.
A valid passport is required for check-in. Copies or digital versions may not be accepted, so bring the physical document.
Failure to present the required ID may result in being unable to fly.
