Beginning at the activity centre in Aberfeldy, you'll meet your rafting guides before being fitted with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and paddle. Following a comprehensive safety briefing, you'll learn the basic paddling commands and teamwork needed to navigate the river before setting off on a six-mile journey through the beautiful Tay Valley.
Along the route, you'll paddle through a combination of calm water and lively Grade 2 and 3 rapids, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy the excitement while taking in the surrounding Highland scenery. Working together as a crew, you'll tackle well-known rapids including Zoom Flume and The Washing Machine before reaching the grand finale at the famous Grandtully Rapid. Throughout the trip, your guide keeps the atmosphere fun and interactive, often including games and team challenges during the calmer sections of the river to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Absolutely awesome morning out. Klaudia was a great instructor, and it was great that it was on the river with some faster flowing water.. Only remark: It could have been a bit longer (it was more 2-hours then 3-hours), it was so much fun, we wouldn't have minded it was…
So much fun! We had a fabulous day and thoroughly recommend this - thank you x
