The Adventure date package has been created following a session booked as a Tinder date by a new couple. They wanted a way to break the ice and do something fun. They had a blast and it really gave them the opportunity to see each other without the barriers of traditional dating.
We will meet on the edge of Coniston in the Lake District, and you will be greeted by your guide with some local cakes.
You will be provided with changing robes and all the other equipment to get you ready for adventure. When you are both kitted up, we take a short walk to the start of the Ghyll where, on route, you can ask you guide questions or you can chat to your date about the amazing views and the super attractive wetsuits!
Your guide will tell you what to expect and give you a safety briefing and then it is time for the adventure.

The activity location varies based on your needs. Discover diverse challenges in stunning handpicked locations such as; Ulswater, Keswick, Thirlmere, Langdale, Eskdale, Coniston and Windermere. The precise location will be agreed upon booking as we are flexible to your preference. The Adventure date is for Church Beck at Coniston but can be discussed if this is most suitable for you both and the weather on the day.
No prior experience is needed; Ghyll Scrambling is designed for participants of all levels. Our expert guides ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, providing guidance every step of the way.

All necessary equipment provided including warm wetsuits, jackets, bouyancy aids, helmets, wetsuit socks and maybe a pair of boots if you are lucky. Harnesses are also provided if required for your trip. Changing robes are also provided to keep you warm when getting changed.
