No, your guide will cover everything you need at the start of the session.

How fit do I need to be?

The pace is relaxed and set by the group. A reasonable level of fitness is helpful but you do not need to be particularly sporty.

How do I get back from Ambleside?

Return transport to Bowness is included in your booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We will contact you in advance and offer a full reschedule or refund if conditions are not suitable.

Can children join without an adult?

Children aged 12 to 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult on the water throughout the tour.
