### Do I need experience of wild swimming or yoga?

Not at all. The retreat has been designed for everyone, whether you've never stepped into the sea outside of summer holidays or already enjoy regular open water swimming. You'll always be encouraged to work at your own pace, and support is available throughout every activity.

### How active is the weekend?
