Hove Lagoon, Brighton
Operated by Lagoon Watersports, a partner of adventuro.

SUP Yoga combines the benefits of standup paddleboarding with the mindfulness of yoga, offering a unique workout that strengthens both body and mind. During the session, you'll practise yoga postures on tethered paddleboards, using the board as an alternative yoga mat. The combination of movement on the water and yoga poses creates a tranquil, yet challenging experience that enhances balance, core strength, and mindfulness. No prior yoga experience is required, and you’ll be guided by SUPfit-accredited instructors.
SUP Yoga begins with an on-land introduction to basic paddleboard and yoga techniques. Once you're comfortable, you’ll take to the water, tethering your board for stability. The session focuses on fundamental yoga poses that improve your balance, core strength, and body awareness while you engage with the natural surroundings. The constantly moving board adds a layer of challenge, making each pose more intense and providing a deeper workout than traditional yoga. You'll leave the session feeling refreshed, more centred, and with an enhanced connection to your body and the water.
All SUP Yoga sessions take place at Hove Lagoon, a safe and shallow body of water near Brighton's seafront. The tranquil setting, combined with the open water environment, makes it the perfect place to engage in yoga while surrounded by nature.
