This is our Finnish Sauna Experience at TCR The Hub: a 50-minute wood-fired lakeside sauna with optional cold dips in our spring-fed lake. You'll take rounds of heat on the benches, then step down to the water whenever you are ready. Sessions are for guests aged 16 and over.
We meet at the lake jetty where our sauna looks out over the water. You'll take rounds of Finnish heat on the benches, then step down for wild swimming or shorter cold dips whenever you are ready. The fire stays lit throughout, so you can move between heat and water at your own pace.
We cap each session at eight people so there is space in the sauna and at the lake. Contrast bathing is open to newcomers and regulars alike, and our team stays on the jetty to supervise lake access. Toilets, changing areas and a cold shower are on site when you finish.

Our sessions are for guests aged 16 and over. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must attend with a responsible adult. We ask that you contact your GP if you are in doubt about safely using the sauna or entering open water.
Please bring swimwear, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna), warm layers, and a change of clothes. We do not allow alcohol or smoking in or around the sauna, and only swimwear may be worn in the sauna.

We offer a full refund when you cancel at least 72 hours before your session start time. If you need to move a visit inside 72 hours, tell us through chat and we will try to find another session on the timetable.
Inside 72 hours we cannot guarantee refunds, but we will try our best to reschedule your visit when the timetable allows. Tell us your preferred dates and we will do what we can.
