The RYA First Aid Course is a practical, one-day course designed to provide you with essential first aid knowledge tailored to boating and marine environments. It’s ideal for skippers and crew of yachts and motor vessels, and it meets the requirements for skippers operating within 60 miles of a safe haven. The course is based on the Health and Safety Executive and Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) guidelines and is valid for three years.
