Pembrokeshire Wild Swim and Wellbeing Day

Making time for yourself can be difficult, which is exactly what this full-day experience is designed for. Combining a guided wild swim with carefully chosen wellbeing activities, it's an opportunity to enjoy Pembrokeshire's coastline, switch off from everyday routines and leave feeling refreshed in both body and mind.

🌊 Key Details

• Duration: Approximately 6 hours 45 minutes (9:15am–4:00pm)
• Minimum Age: Adults (children may be accepted on request with a participating adult)
• Location: Various locations across Pembrokeshire, usually within 30 minutes of Nolton Haven or Three Fields Campsite

🌿 What to Expect

Your day begins with a relaxed beach session led by Sue, including a guided swim, dip or paddle where conditions allow. If the sea isn't suitable for entering the water, the session is adapted so you can still enjoy time by the coast before continuing with the rest of the experience.

After the morning by the sea, you'll continue with one of two wellbeing experiences, depending on the date you've booked.

• Standard Wellbeing Day – Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch before taking part in one featured wellbeing activity. Depending on the event, this could be yoga and breathwork, a watercolour workshop, a clay session inspired by the coastline or a deeply relaxing soundbath. Each experience is suitable for beginners and is led by an experienced practitioner.
• Three Fields Wellbeing Day – Following lunch at Three Fields Campsite, you'll enjoy a more immersive afternoon combining yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, a wood-fired sauna and an ice bath session. It's designed as a complete retreat, giving you plenty of time to relax, recharge and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

📍 Location

Instead of using one permanent venue, each day begins at a carefully selected beach chosen according to the weather, tides and sea conditions. This flexible approach allows the team to make the most of Pembrokeshire's coastline while providing the safest and most enjoyable environment for everyone attending.

Depending on the experience you've booked, the afternoon continues either at a nearby indoor venue or at Three Fields Campsite. There may be a short drive between the beach and the afternoon location, but this allows the team to choose the best coastal conditions without being restricted to one fixed meeting point.

✅ Prerequisites

No previous wild swimming or wellbeing experience is required. Whether you're completely new to sea swimming or already enjoy spending time in the water, you're encouraged to participate at your own pace and simply enjoy the day.

Please bring suitable clothing for both the beach and the weather, along with your swimming kit and any personal items listed in your joining information. A short drive between venues may also be required depending on the day's locations.
