If you're at least 15 years old and have a PADI Adventure Diver certification or higher, you're eligible to enroll!
In order to dive, you must fill the Diver Medical Form. You may require a physicians approval to dive. If you have any questions then please let us know!
You will also have to sign our Diver Liability Release Form and Safe Diving Practices form.
