Your SUP journey begins in the peaceful estuary at Llanion, where lush greenery surrounds you. Paddling towards Lawrenny, you'll pass quaint cottages and the medieval church of St. Caradog. The tour concludes at the charming Cresselly Arms pub at Cresswell Quay. Throughout the tour, enjoy stunning views and the unique features of the River Cleddau.
The River Cleddau tour starts at Llanion and winds through the beautiful landscapes of Pembrokeshire, including historic sites and picturesque settings, before reaching Cresswell Quay.

Our SUP sessions are suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced paddlers. No prior SUP experience is necessary, as our instructors provide comprehensive instruction tailored to each participant's ability.

Our licensed and accredited status, coupled with our fully qualified ISA surf coaches, ensures a safe, enjoyable, and educational paddleboarding experience. Our guided SUP tours are not just about learning a new sport; they're an opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and tranquility of Pembrokeshire's waterways.
We provide wetsuits, SUP boards, and safety equipment, but you will need to bring towels, swimwear, sun tan lotion, and warm clothes to change into after the session.
Our River Cleddau SUP tour is designed to accommodate all skill levels. Beginners, as well as experienced paddleboarders, are welcome. No prior experience in paddleboarding is necessary, as our ISA-qualified instructors provide thorough instruction tailored to each participant's abilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.

Our booking was at midday for 2 hours, but we didn’t get the stuff until 12:15 when the lady came back with the surf school. We were then told to bring the stuff back before 2 pm or she wouldn’t be there (we needed to get our deposit back). This…
Got some surfboards and wetsuits for a couple of hours. They were dropped off at the right place right time, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave us a little info about the beach because we hadn't surfed there before. Will definitely be using again and recommending
