Moving from indoor climbing to outdoor bouldering can feel like a big step. This session is designed to make that transition smoother, safer, and more enjoyable. With guidance from an experienced climber, you'll build skills and confidence while exploring the fantastic bouldering opportunities North Wales has to offer.
Your day will begin at a local café or directly at the crag, depending on prior arrangements. The plan for the day will be tailored to your climbing level, goals, and the weather conditions. After travelling to the crag and a short walk in, you'll start with discussions on safety, route selection, and pad placement.
Throughout the session, you'll work on your climbing technique and gain valuable tips to refine your approach. This includes hands-on coaching to identify areas for improvement and strategies to overcome challenges. Whether you're tackling new problems or polishing your skills, the day is focused on ensuring you leave with the confidence to climb outdoors independently.
