In these 1.5-hour sessions, you'll focus on different key skills each week, tailored to help you gain more control and confidence on the bike. The sessions are designed to address specific challenges such as handling drop-offs, mastering steep sections, and refining techniques like bunny hops. You'll receive expert coaching and personalised advice to ensure you're progressing at your own pace.
Each session includes a mix of skills drills and practice, allowing you to put what you've learned into action on real trail terrain. The group size ensures plenty of personal attention, with each participant having time to work on their own development in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere.
The sessions take place at Deeside Activity Park, situated in the heart of Royal Deeside. The park is a fantastic base for mountain biking, offering a variety of trails and terrain that cater to different skill levels.
The bike hub, where you'll meet, provides all the equipment you need, and the surrounding area offers peaceful, natural routes perfect for honing your MTB abilities.
You should have some previous mountain biking experience and be comfortable riding on varied terrain. This session is aimed at participants who are looking to improve their technique, particularly on steeper sections and more challenging features like drop-offs.
A basic level of fitness is recommended to make the most of the session.
