Duck behind cover with a foam dart blaster and spend an hour playing indoor team games in Portadown. Parents and children can join the same session, and we'll hand out blasters, fit the eye protection, and stay on the field so mixed-age groups can pile in without a steep learning curve.
Blasters come out first, along with eye protection, and marshals help younger players with the straps so everyone is ready before the first game. You'll hear how each team game is scored, where you can take cover, and what happens when you are out. Then the group moves into a covered arena packed with bunkers and corners to hide behind.
The rest of the hour is duck, dodge, and fire. Games rotate through team battles and simple missions, so the pace stays up and nobody is standing still for long. Short breaks give you time to reload and drink, then you swap ends and go again. The last game wraps up in the same space, and blasters go back at check-in when the hour is done.

Portadown is about 25 minutes from Belfast via the M1, and both city airports are a short hop away. Follow the signs for the indoor combat centre once you reach Bleary Road, then come in for check-in. Give the group a few extra minutes at the weekend so you are all ready for the briefing together.
Players need to be 5 or over, able to move around the arena, and happy to wear the eye protection we give you. No previous experience is required. We provide the blasters and talk through the games before anyone starts firing.
Groups need 6 to 50 players so the team games work. If you want a harder paint game for older children, splat starts at age 7 and paintball starts at age 14. For mixed-age families who just want a busy, colourful hour, this is the one.
Conversion of the historic mill into an indoor combat venue started in 2017, and players have been using the arenas since 2019. Trained marshals run every foam dart hour, which is why first-timers can join in straight away and still keep up with the games.
Mixed-age groups work well here because foam darts have no paint sting and no overalls to wash afterwards. Coffee, hot food, and snacks sit in the lobby for adults who want to watch rather than play, so the hour works for a birthday as easily as a family afternoon.

We're based in a historic mill in Portadown, with a fully indoor arena so you can play whatever the weather is doing. You'll find airsoft, paintball, splat, foam-dart battles, archery tag, and axe throwing under one roof, and our marshals brief every group before you step into the arena.
Between games you can take a break in the lobby with coffee, hot food, and snacks on site. We're about 25 minutes from Belfast via the M1, so it's an easy run for groups coming from the city or either airport.
