Children’s bikes are available in two sizes and are built with safety and comfort in mind. Each bike features handbrakes on both the front and back wheels to prevent sudden falls, anti-slip pedals for better grip, and extra reflectors to increase visibility. The saddle height is adjustable without tools, so it’s easy to get the right fit even as your child grows or shares with a sibling. A working bell is also attached to every handlebar so that children can alert others when passing.
All bikes come equipped with two secure locks: a ring lock on the bike itself and a separate chain lock so that the child’s bike can be locked to yours or to a secure fixture. We recommend riding with your child between you and the pavement ('on the inside') to keep them protected from traffic. While helmets aren't required by law in the Netherlands, they are encouraged for younger riders and available on request.
