This session is designed to provide focused coaching based on your individual climbing goals. Before the session, a complimentary 30-minute consultation via phone, video call, or email will help identify key areas to focus on, ensuring the session is tailored to your needs.
During the session, you'll start with a warm-up that includes movement drills to activate key muscle groups and improve body awareness. The coaching will then focus on refining technique, whether it’s footwork precision, body positioning, grip strength, or dynamic movement. If working on bouldering, expect to cover techniques such as heel hooks, toe hooks, and dynamic movement. If focusing on top rope climbing, you may work on route reading, pacing, and endurance strategies. Throughout, you'll receive personalised feedback and actionable takeaways to help you continue progressing after the session.
The session is relaxed and supportive, with a focus on boosting confidence and efficiency on the wall. Whether you’re looking to break into higher grades, improve your lead climbing mindset, or fine-tune specific techniques, this coaching is fully adapted to your needs.

Participants should have at least 4 months of climbing experience, whether in bouldering or roped climbing. No prior coaching is required, but you should have a basic understanding of climbing movements and feel comfortable on the wall.
Sessions can be tailored to suit different ability levels within this range.
