Holly is a qualified Rock Climbing Development Instructor (RCDI) and Development Coach based in London, and a full member of the Mountain Training Association. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England. Passionate about the physical and mental benefits of climbing, she works with a wide range of climbers, from children on NICAS sessions to adults learning later in life. Her coaching covers everything from movement and technique to fear management and outdoor lead climbing.
With additional training in delivering sessions for visually impaired climbers, Holly is particularly motivated to support women on their climbing journey. She has climbed extensively across the UK and Europe, but has a special love for Peak District gritstone.
