For lessons, you need to be happy in moving water. For bigger winter days, shops will say no. That's them doing their job. Read the listing for the level.

Things to do in Rincón & Porta del Sol

Rincón, Aguadilla, Isabela and the rest of Porta del Sol face the Atlantic swell. This is the surfing address on Puerto Rico. Cabo Rojo is the same west end of the island, with cliffs and salt flats rather than a line-up. The region page is West Coast.
