Experience a half-day of paddleboarding and wild swimming, guided by Ana and Camilla. This session offers a great mix of relaxation and mindful movement, making it an ideal way to connect with nature and enjoy time on the water.
Your session begins at a private lake in Southborough, where you'll meet Ana and Camilla for a relaxing yet engaging experience on the water. Ana will start with a briefing on essential paddleboarding skills, ensuring that everyone, regardless of experience, feels comfortable. You'll then take to the water for a short journey, refining your paddling technique with guided skills and drills.
Once the paddleboarding session is complete, Camilla will lead a wild swimming experience. She will begin with a safety briefing and a dynamic risk assessment before guiding you into the water for a mindful swim. Whether you’re experienced in open-water swimming or trying it for the first time, Camilla will provide support and advice to make sure you get the most out of it.
You'll need to bring your swimming costume, wetsuit, swim cap, and goggles. A snack lunch and a drink are also recommended. If you have your own paddleboard and gear, you're welcome to bring them along, but equipment is available if needed.

We will meet at the lake’s launch point, where Ana will introduce the session and go through key paddleboarding skills before heading out onto the water. Soooo fun!!!
We had a great time paddleboarding and will definitely be back again!
We had a BRILLIANT time. We all felt safe , involved and supported the whole time. Ana was unbelievably patient and not at all pushy - we were all able to work at our own pace and stay within our comfort zones , which strangely made us keener to rise…
My friend and I had our first experience with SUP last week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great, Veronika was very calm, knowledgeable and helpful, it was overall a great experience. Next time will try practising in the pool! Thanks Ana and Veronika!
