Leave the city in a 4x4 for an evening VIP desert safari on the red dunes outside Dubai. A licensed driver collects you from hotels in Dubai or Sharjah and works an evening timetable built around dinner and the shows. The VIP ticket already covers dune driving, a camel ride, dinner and live entertainment, so the base evening is complete without add-ons.
Collection is by 4x4 from hotels in Dubai or Sharjah. Pickup time is confirmed after booking and varies with your area, so be in the lobby about ten minutes early. On the red dunes your driver runs a dune-bashing session, with time for sandboarding, photo stops and a camel ride. Optional quad time can be added if you want it, paid separately.
The evening continues with dinner and live shows on the desert edge. Infant seats are listed as available if you are travelling with a baby, and the outing is listed as stroller or pram accessible. Confirm return drop-off when you book, as it is not marked as a confirmed inclusion on this product.
The safari uses the red dunes outside Dubai, a belt of coloured sand used for evening 4x4 runs, camel stops and camp dinners. Transfer time depends on your hotel in Dubai or Sharjah and on traffic, so you do not need a car of your own.
You never self-drive to a desert car park. Collection is from hotels, and the dune field sits beyond the last suburbs once you leave the city roads.
No off-road skill is required. There is no minimum age on this product. Wear a seatbelt on the dunes and follow the briefing before any extra activity. Infant seats are listed as available, and the outing is listed as stroller or pram accessible.
This dune section is not advised in pregnancy or with back, neck or heart conditions. Optional quad rides have their own rules if you add them.
Drivers work the red dunes on an evening timetable and collect by 4x4 from hotels in Dubai or Sharjah. The VIP ticket already covers dune driving, a camel ride, dinner and the shows.
Optional quad time stays extra, so you only pay if you want that add-on. Infant seats are listed as available if you are travelling with a baby.
A 4x4 collects you from hotels in Dubai or Sharjah. Share your stay details after booking and wait in the lobby about ten minutes before the stated time. The driver confirms the window once traffic is clear. There is no walk-up desert gate; collection is the start of the evening.
The transfer heads out of the city towards the red dunes. Your driver uses the road time to outline the dune briefing and how the evening will run. Watch the last suburbs give way to open sand. Exact running time depends on your hotel and traffic.
On the red dunes a licensed safari driver takes the 4x4 through climbs, drops and ridgelines. Stay seated and belted for the whole dune section. Ask for a calmer line if anyone in the vehicle prefers it. This is the core of the VIP evening before you slow down for photos.
After the dune run there is time for sandboarding, photo stops and a camel ride. Optional quad bike time can be added if you want it, paid separately. Keep water handy; the sand holds heat until the light drops. Follow the briefing before you step onto a board or a camel.
The evening continues with dinner and live shows on the desert edge. Pickup is timed for an evening finish rather than a sunrise outing. Confirm return drop-off when you book if you need a ride back to Dubai or Sharjah. Keep a light layer for the cooler air after sunset.
There is no walk-up desert gate to find on your own. A 4x4 collects you from your hotel in Dubai or Sharjah.
Send your pickup details after you book. Be ready in the lobby or at the agreed point ten minutes before the stated time, as traffic can shift the window slightly. Confirm return drop-off when you book if you need a ride back to the city.
You do not need off-road driving skill. A licensed safari driver handles the 4x4 on the red dunes. You stay seated and belted and follow a short briefing before the dune section starts.
Walking on soft sand, a camel mount and optional sandboarding are the main physical bits. Tell the team in advance if anyone in your group prefers a calmer line on the dunes.
Most reasonably fit travellers manage an evening safari. You will sit through dune climbs and descents, then walk a short way at photo stops.
Skip the dune section if you are pregnant or have back, neck or heart problems. Choose a seat that feels stable, keep the belt on, and speak up if you want the driver to ease off.
There is no minimum age on this product. Children travel with an adult. Infant seats are listed as available, and the outing is listed as stroller or pram accessible.
Optional quad time, if you add it on the day, follows its own age and height rules. That extra is not part of the standard VIP ticket.
Wear light, closed shoes and clothes you do not mind getting sandy. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a light layer for after sunset and a charged phone or camera.
Have your pickup address and a working mobile ready for the driver. Leave loose valuables in the hotel safe if you can.
Dune driving is done by a professional in a 4x4 after a safety briefing. Keep belts fastened and remain seated until the driver says you may step out.
Sandboarding and the camel stop are short and supervised. Optional quad time, if you buy it, happens after a separate briefing in a marked area.
Plan for about six hours including hotel pickup. Collection is typically set so you reach the red dunes in the evening, with time for camel riding, photos and dinner with the shows.
Exact collection time depends on where you stay in Dubai or Sharjah. You receive the window after booking, usually with a reminder closer to the day. Be in the lobby about ten minutes early.
The desert runs on most evenings. Strong wind, sandstorms or rare heavy rain can slow or pause the dune section.
If conditions are unsafe the team will retime or advise you. Pack a layer; evenings on the dunes cool quickly after sunset even in warm months.
The dune section is lively rather than a race. Climbs, drops and side slopes are part of the evening, and the driver can take a gentler line if you ask.
If someone in the vehicle is anxious, sit towards the middle, hold the grip handles and look at the horizon. You can skip sandboarding and keep to photos, camel time, dinner and the shows.
A 4x4 collects you from hotels in Dubai or Sharjah. After booking, share your pickup point and a mobile number so the driver can find you. Be in the lobby ten minutes early.
Airport collections are not part of this ticket. Return drop-off is not marked as a confirmed inclusion on the booking record, so confirm it when you book if you need a ride back.
Dinner and live shows are part of this VIP ticket, along with the camel ride and dune driving. Alcohol is not listed as included.
Optional quad bike time can be added if you want it, paid separately. After the desert, your evening in the city is your own unless return drop-off is confirmed with your booking.
