An electric bike makes it simpler to cover distance in London while staying at street level. With pedal assist, you can link riverside paths, parks, and landmarks without worrying about traffic or fatigue, shaping your day exactly as you like.
After a quick handover and bike fitting, you’re free to explore independently. The electric assist smooths starts and longer stretches, making it easy to maintain a steady pace in traffic or along cycle paths. Staff can advise on routes before you set off.
From the shop, most riders head west to Westminster to see Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, then continue through the Royal Parks. Heading east along the Thames takes you past the South Bank towards the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, using largely traffic-separated paths.
Longer rentals allow you to range further, following the river beyond central London or linking parks and neighbourhoods without relying on public transport. A lock is included so you can stop easily for museums, cafés, or walks.
The rental point is near Waterloo Station on the South Bank, making it easy to reach from across the city. Being close to the Thames provides direct access to one of London’s most continuous and cycle-friendly routes.
This central base works well for short loops or longer one-way rides, depending on how much time you have.
All riders must be able to cycle independently and feel comfortable controlling an e-bike. Riders must be at least 14 years old to use an e-bike.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A government-issued photo ID is required as a deposit, and a credit card must be kept on file for bike security.
Electric bikes remove many of the barriers to cycling in a large city, letting you focus on route choice rather than effort. This is a practical option if you want flexibility without committing to a guided tour.
Central access, quality bikes, and included essentials mean you can start riding immediately, with minimal setup and clear local advice if needed.
The bikes use pedal assist rather than a throttle. You choose the level of assistance depending on conditions and preference.
This keeps riding smooth and controlled in city traffic.
