Are you feeling the allure of diving beyond the conventional limits? Curious about the world of technical (tec) diving but not quite ready to take the plunge into a full course? Our PADI Discover Technical Diving Course is crafted just for you!
Technical diving transcends traditional scuba diving boundaries, allowing divers to explore deeper and more complex environments. It involves the use of specialised equipment, rigorous planning, and a precise execution of advanced diving techniques. It opens a new dimension of underwater exploration, including cave systems, deep wrecks, and more. But it requires specific skills and experience.
Our Discover Tec is a friendly introduction to the intriguing world of technical diving. Conducted in a controlled, confined water setting, it's a perfect way to familiarise yourself with the specialszed tec diving gear and have a feel of what technical diving really entails.
Here's what you'll get to do:
If you're a PADI Open Water Diver, at least 18 years old, and have a minimum of 10 logged dives, you qualify for Discover Tec.
In order to dive, you must fill the Diver Medical Form. You may require a physicians approval to dive. If you have any questions then please let us know!
You will also have to sign our Diver Liability Release Form and Safe Diving Practices form.
Our classroom sessions will be in our location Stirling Enterprise Park and any open water dives will be at various sites either in the Firth of Forth or the Firth of Clyde
We dive all year round, adapting our sites to conditions. With thousands of miles of coastline and inland freshwater sites, we're passionate about opening more opportunities for diving. And most importantly, we are here to build a community for divers from all agencies, assisting you in achieving your diving dreams.
Get in touch with us, and let's embark on an extraordinary underwater journey. Whether you're looking to dive during your holidays or sneak in a weekend adventure, we're here to help you explore the fascinating world of technical diving.
