A lively mix of cliff jumping, marine caves, and snorkelling makes this coastal adventure perfect for anyone who wants a taste of Mallorca’s north shore at its most exciting. You’ll move through secret coves, leap from varying heights, and even try psychobloc (deep water solo climbing) with experienced guides at your side. The session blends adrenaline with exploration, creating a fun activity for families, friends, and adventurous travellers.
After meeting your guides, you’ll be kitted out with a wetsuit, helmet, and footwear before heading to the shoreline. The session starts with a warm-up jump of around 4 metres, giving you time to build confidence before moving on to bigger challenges. Along the way, you’ll explore marine caves and learn more about the area from your guides, who will keep the group safe and motivated.
As the route unfolds, the jumps increase in height, reaching up to 10 metres for those who feel ready. Between the leaps, there’s time for snorkelling in crystal-clear water and trying psychobloc, climbing sea cliffs without ropes and dropping safely into the water below. Laughter and encouragement from the group create a brilliant atmosphere throughout, and the guides also capture photos and videos so you can take the memories home.
This experience takes place on Mallorca’s north coast around Alcudia, an area known for its dramatic cliffs, hidden caves, and turquoise waters. The coastline here is rugged and full of character, offering the perfect natural playground for coasteering. Every section of the route reveals something new, from colourful marine life to surprising rock formations.
The meeting point is in Cielo de Bonaire, a short distance from Alcudia town. The spot is easy to reach and offers convenient access to some of the island’s best coasteering locations. It’s an excellent base for groups, families, or solo travellers keen to explore this beautiful part of Mallorca.
Participants need to be confident swimmers, as much of the session involves entering and moving through the sea. The activity is suitable for beginners as well as those with previous coasteering experience, but a good level of comfort in open water is essential.
Before joining, each person will be asked to provide their weight, height, and shoe size so that the correct safety equipment can be prepared in advance. Children from the age of 10 are welcome to join, provided they meet the swimming requirement and are accompanied by an adult.
The centre was founded in 2016 when two passionate cavers, Antonio and Vanessa, left Barcelona to pursue their dream life in Mallorca. With years of experience in Catalonia’s top caving clubs and a love for adventure sports, they created an opportunity to share Mallorca’s hidden landscapes with visitors from all over the world.
Today, the centre offers a personal, friendly approach that makes every participant feel like part of the team. Safety and fun are at the heart of each activity, and the guides combine expert knowledge with enthusiasm to deliver unforgettable experiences along one of the most beautiful coastlines in Spain.
No previous coasteering experience is required for this activity. The session is designed to be beginner-friendly, with guides introducing each stage gradually. You’ll start with smaller jumps and easier sections before progressing to more challenging ones, so there’s no pressure to attempt anything you don’t feel comfortable with.
That said, a basic level of confidence in the water is essential. The activity involves swimming in open water, climbing, and moving across rocky terrain, so being comfortable with these environments will make the session more enjoyable. The guides are always on hand to adapt the experience to suit each participant’s comfort level.
The jumps vary in height, starting at around 2 metres. This gives everyone a chance to practice and build confidence before moving on to the bigger leaps. For those feeling ready, there are opportunities to try jumps of up to 10 meters, though these are entirely optional.
Nobody is ever forced to jump higher than they want to. The guides encourage participants to challenge themselves but also emphasise personal choice and safety. Many people find they gain confidence throughout the activity and surprise themselves by attempting bigger jumps by the end.
You’ll need to bring a towel, spare clothes, and swimwear to wear under the wetsuit provided. It’s also a good idea to bring sun protection for before and after the session, as well as water and a light snack to refuel once the activity is complete.
The centre provides all essential safety gear, including wetsuits, helmets, and footwear. If you’d like to take home photos and videos from the day, remember to bring some cash or a card, as the full media package can be purchased at the end of the activity.
A moderate level of fitness is recommended. The session involves swimming, climbing over rocks, and repeatedly getting in and out of the sea, so a reasonable level of stamina will make it more enjoyable. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be comfortable being active for around four hours.
The pace of the activity is adjusted depending on the group, with breaks built in along the way. This makes it suitable for families and groups of mixed ability, provided everyone is confident in the water and prepared for physical activity.
Yes, children from the age of 10 are welcome to join. This makes coasteering a great option for adventurous families who want to enjoy Mallorca’s coastline together. Younger participants will be guided carefully and encouraged to try the activities at their own pace.
Parents or guardians need to accompany children during the activity. This ensures that the whole family can enjoy the experience together and that children are supported throughout. Safety is always the priority, and the guides make sure everyone feels secure.
Coasteering sessions are subject to weather and sea conditions. If conditions are unsafe due to rough seas, strong winds, or heavy rain, the session may need to be rescheduled. The safety of participants is always the top priority.
If the session is cancelled because of the weather, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a refund. The guides will usually monitor conditions closely in the days leading up to your booking and will inform you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
Yes, safety is a key focus of the entire experience. Participants are provided with wetsuits, helmets, and appropriate footwear, and the guides are highly experienced in leading groups in coastal environments. They carefully assess each location before the group enters the water.
The session is structured to build confidence gradually, starting with smaller jumps and easier climbs. At every stage, participants are given clear instructions, and the guides are always close by to supervise. The combination of expert leadership and high-quality equipment helps to ensure a safe and enjoyable day.
