Itinerary

Starting with a theory session, topics such as dive safety, visibility, foraging techniques, marine species behavior, and equipment use are covered.

In the practical session, participants will dive under expert guidance, applying learned techniques in real-time.

The day concludes with a reflective discussion and Q&A session, where you can share your experiences and insights.

Participants get to keep their catches, celebrating the day’s success.

The precise location will be agreed in advance of the course based on your preferences as well as anticipated conditions. We will either meet at Laira Bridge, Plymouth, or Portmellon, St Austell.
