Outdoor Climbing Introduction: Sessions start with a detailed safety briefing covering harness fitting, rope handling, belaying, and climbing technique. You will then move onto climbs chosen to match your ability, starting with easier routes and progressing to more challenging faces as confidence builds.

Tailored Climbing Routes: Instructors adapt the session to suit your skill level and goals. Beginners are guided step by step, focusing on technique, balance, and controlled movement. Those with prior experience can tackle more difficult routes while refining their skills and learning advanced rope management techniques.

Optional Abseiling: For those seeking extra adventure, abseiling can be incorporated. You’ll learn how to set up the descent, carry out safety checks, and perform controlled descents under instructor supervision. This adds an exciting dimension to the day and reinforces climbing safety principles.

Support and Guidance: Throughout the session, instructors provide individual coaching and encouragement. The pace is friendly and flexible, allowing time for breaks, guidance, and practice on different rock faces.
