This guided e-bike tour is a straightforward way to understand Milan’s layout while covering its main sights efficiently. Pedal assist keeps the pace comfortable, allowing time for context, photos, and short stops without rushing.
The tour begins with bike fitting and a short briefing before setting off on cycle-friendly streets. Early riding takes you through green space and historic approaches, using the e-bike assist to maintain a steady pace through mixed urban conditions.
You’ll ride through Sempione Park to the courtyard of Sforza Castle, where the guide explains Milan’s transformation from medieval power base to modern city. From there, the route continues towards the historic centre to see the Duomo di Milano from multiple viewpoints rather than just the main square.
The second half of the tour heads towards the Navigli for a short break by the canals, before looping back past the Arco della Pace. You’ll also stop outside the church associated with The Last Supper, with practical advice on booking tickets independently if you plan to visit later.
The meeting point on Via Falcone is centrally located, giving quick access to Milan’s historic core, major parks, and canal routes. Starting here avoids long road sections and keeps the tour focused within three hours.
The route balances traffic-managed streets with calmer areas, making it suitable for confident riders new to the city.
All participants must be able to ride a bicycle independently and feel comfortable controlling an e-bike. Riders must be at least 14 years old, as required by Italian law.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Tours operate in all weather conditions. Pregnant guests are strongly discouraged from joining due to cobbled streets and road surfaces.
Using e-bikes allows the tour to stay efficient without increasing physical effort, which suits mixed abilities and first-time visitors. The route is designed to give context and orientation rather than rushing between stops.
Small group sizes and licensed local guides ensure clear explanations and time for questions, making this a practical introduction to Milan.
