Enjoy the calm waters of Alcudia Bay with a kayak rental that fits your group — whether you're going solo, as a pair, or with the whole family. Choose from single, double, or triple kayaks and paddle your way along the beautiful Mallorcan coastline with complete freedom.
Single Kayak
This is the ideal choice for solo travellers, active explorers, or anyone craving quiet time on the water. Our single kayaks are lightweight and easy to handle, allowing full independence while exploring the coastline. You’ll receive a short briefing before you start, covering paddling technique, safety, and suggested routes based on your available time and interests.
Whether you’re aiming for a gentle glide along the shore or a more energetic session across the bay, the single kayak gives you complete control. Rental options range from 1 hour to a full day, and there’s a discounted bonus pack if you plan to paddle more than once during your stay.
Double Kayak
Paddle together with a partner in a stable and comfortable double kayak. This setup is perfect for couples, friends, or a parent and child duo, allowing shared effort and plenty of time to take in the view. The design makes it easy to steer, even for beginners, and you’ll receive a basic safety overview before heading out.
Launching from the marina, you’ll have access to calm waters with great views of the Serra de Tramuntana and hidden coves along the coast. All gear is included, and flexible durations make it easy to slot into your holiday plans.
Triple Kayak
For larger groups, the triple kayak fits three adults and even has space for a small child. It’s a fantastic choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy time on the water together. These kayaks are extra stable and easy to paddle with multiple people sharing the work.
Before you set off, our team will show you how to coordinate your strokes and stay safe. For longer sessions, we recommend bringing goggles — the clear waters are great for a quick snorkel break, and you might spot the island’s famous posidonia meadows below the surface.
You’ll find the launch point at Paseo Marítimo #1, inside Club Náutico Alcudiamar in Puerto de Alcudia. This marina gives direct access to the Bay of Alcudia — a wide, calm body of water that’s ideal for kayaking. The area is sheltered from strong waves, and conditions are usually mild, making it suitable for all levels.
With the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana as a backdrop and plenty of coves and beaches to discover, it’s a scenic and peaceful setting to explore by paddle. Shops, cafés, and other facilities are also close by, making it easy to plan your visit around the rest of your day.
You don’t need any previous kayaking experience to enjoy this activity. The boats are easy to control, and the marina’s location means you’ll start in a calm, controlled environment. Before you leave, you’ll be given a short briefing on how to paddle and steer, plus some route suggestions.
Children are welcome to join in double or triple kayaks when accompanied by an adult. You should be confident around water and comfortable wearing a life jacket throughout the activity.
The centre offers easy, affordable access to kayaking in the calm, shallow waters of Alcudia Bay. With well-maintained equipment and flexible rental slots, it’s ideal for both beginners and more confident paddlers. You can set your own pace, explore independently, and enjoy views of the coastline from the water.
Staff are welcoming and safety-conscious, providing basic guidance and fitting you out with everything needed to get started. Its beachfront location means you’re straight onto the water with no faff — perfect for families, small groups or solo outings.
Yes, hotel pick-up is available for guests staying in the northern part of Mallorca. This includes Puerto Pollença, Alcudia, Port of Alcudia, Muro Beaches, and Can Picafort. Transport is available for groups of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people. This service is designed to make your experience more convenient, particularly if you’re staying nearby but not directly within walking distance of the port.
To arrange hotel pick up, please contact us via the adventuro chat.
You’ll have access to full on-site facilities, including changing rooms, toilets, and secure lockers for your belongings. This makes it easy to change in and out of your gear before and after your session, without needing to arrive already prepared. The facilities are kept clean and well-maintained for your comfort and convenience.
As part of the activity, all necessary safety and technical equipment is provided. This includes professional-grade nautical equipment, buoyancy vests, and insurance cover for both liability and accidents. The aim is to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-supported experience from start to finish, with everything you need available on-site.
If weather conditions on the day of your reservation prevent the activity from going ahead, there’s no need to worry. Your booking is flexible, and the team will work with you to reschedule for another available slot before the end of your holiday. This means you won’t miss out due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
Mallorca’s weather can change quickly, but safety is always the priority. If the forecast poses any risk or would negatively impact the quality of the session, the activity will be postponed. In most cases, an alternative day can be found, and you’ll be informed in plenty of time if there’s any need to rearrange.
The activity takes place in a designated area within the bay at Port d’Alcudia, which is known for its calm waters and scenic surroundings. There’s a clearly marked nautical channel that ensures a safe and organised area for watersports. This location allows for a safe and enjoyable experience regardless of your ability level, making it suitable for most participants.
The full address is Paseo Marítimo, 1, 07400 Port d’Alcudia, on the island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands. The port area is easy to access and well-equipped, with nearby cafes and facilities if you want to relax before or after your session. The calm conditions of the bay also make it an ideal location for first-time participants or those looking to build confidence on the water.
To get the most out of your session, it's recommended to come prepared with a few basic items. You’ll need a swimsuit, a cap or visor for sun protection, sunglasses, and sunscreen to help protect against the midday heat. A towel is also a good idea for drying off afterwards, especially if you’re planning to change at the on-site facilities.
For your feet, bring water shoes such as flip-flops, aqua booties or other non-slip footwear. This will help you move comfortably around the shore and equipment area, especially if surfaces are wet or uneven. Staying hydrated is also important, so bringing a water bottle is advisable, particularly on hotter days.
That depends on how many people are in your group and the kind of experience you’re after. If you want to paddle alone and enjoy a peaceful outing, the single kayak is the best choice. For shared paddling with a partner or child, go with a double. The triple kayak is ideal for small families or three adults wanting to stick together — plus, it allows you to share the paddling effort.
All kayak types are stable, comfortable, and beginner-friendly. If you’re unsure which one fits your group best, the team can help you decide on the day based on your needs and confidence level.
Within reason, yes. While you’re free to explore most of Alcudia Bay, we do ask that you follow the safety advice and stick to the suggested zones shared during your briefing. The team will point out any restricted areas or places where currents may be stronger. Most paddlers enjoy sticking close to the coastline where they can take in the scenery and stop to rest if needed.
If you’re hiring for longer than an hour, you’ll have time to see more of the bay — maybe even paddle out to a quiet beach or take a quick swim. Just make sure to return within your booked time and keep your mobile or watch handy if you’re out for several hours.
