Enjoy Barcelona from the water aboard a modern luxury catamaran designed for comfort, space, and relaxed coastal sailing. Available for 2, 3, or 4 hours, this private charter works well for couples, families, or small groups who want time on the sea without crowds or fixed schedules.
With a professional crew, flexible start times, and everything set up on board, it’s a straightforward way to see the city from a different angle while enjoying good food, drinks, and time to swim.
Your trip begins at Marina Port Vell, where you’ll step aboard and settle in as the catamaran leaves the harbour. Music can be played through the onboard sound system while you relax on deck and take in views of the city waterfront. The route passes well-known landmarks such as the Maremagnum area, Marina Vela, the Columbus Monument, and historic harbour traffic, offering a clear view of Barcelona’s working port and coastline.
As the boat heads towards the mouth of the harbour, drinks are served on board, with time to pause, chat, and enjoy the pace of sailing. Once along the open coast, sails are raised when conditions allow, giving a quieter and more stable ride. The wide deck layout means there’s space to sit, lie back, or move between shaded and open areas comfortably.
If sea conditions are suitable, the skipper will stop near the coast for a swim, typically off Nova Icària Beach. Paddle boards and snorkel masks are available for anyone who wants to get into the water, while others can stay on deck. The trip finishes with a relaxed return to Marina Port Vell, timed to make the most of your chosen charter length.
This Bali 4.1 is a modern cruising catamaran designed around open space, stability, and easy movement on board. At just over 12 metres long with a wide beam, it offers a generous deck layout that works well for small groups who want room to sit, socialise, or move between shaded and open areas.
The design prioritises comfort at anchor and under sail, with a rigid foredeck, spacious cockpit, and wide walkways. It’s well suited to relaxed coastal cruising along Barcelona’s shoreline, with a layout that makes swimming stops, paddle boarding, and onboard service simple and uncluttered.
Marina Port Vell is located in central Barcelona, close to the old town and easily reached on foot, by taxi, or by public transport. It’s one of the city’s most established marinas and offers calm waters for boarding and departure.
Starting from this location allows quick access to both the harbour and open coastline, meaning more of your time is spent sailing rather than manoeuvring in and out of port.
No sailing experience is required, and there are no minimum age restrictions. The trip is suitable for mixed-age groups, including families with children, provided everyone is comfortable spending time on a boat.
Guests should be able to step on and off the catamaran independently or with light assistance. Swimming is optional, and life jackets are available if needed.
The Bali 4.1 is built for stability and space, making it well suited to relaxed coastal sailing rather than speed-focused trips. Its wide beam, open deck areas, and comfortable seating create an easy environment for socialising, eating, or simply sitting back and watching the city go by.
Running a single private group per trip means the experience stays personal and unhurried. Combined with an experienced crew, flexible timings, and a central departure point, it’s a practical option for anyone looking for a well-run, comfortable way to spend time on the Mediterranean.
The service is designed to be flexible and straightforward, with options to rent a catamaran for 2, 3, 4, 6, or up to 8 hours. You choose the duration that suits your plans, and everything else is handled for you on the day.
From boarding through to return, the experience is fully managed so you can focus on enjoying time on the water. The crew takes care of navigation, safety, and onboard service throughout the trip.
The fleet consists exclusively of modern catamarans, chosen for their stability, space, and comfort. These boats offer generous deck areas, shaded seating, sunbathing space, and easy access to the water.
Onboard equipment supports relaxed sailing and light water activities, including paddle boards and snorkelling masks, making them well suited to coastal cruising rather than high-speed boating.
Each catamaran can accommodate up to 12 passengers, in addition to the skipper and hostess. There is no minimum group size, so bookings can be made for solo guests, couples, or small groups.
This setup works particularly well for private bookings where guests want space, privacy, and a comfortable layout without overcrowding.
All departures and returns take place at Marina Port Vell, located in the centre of Barcelona. This marina is easily accessible and well positioned for sailing along the city’s coastline.
Guests board and disembark at the same point, keeping logistics simple and allowing the full rental time to be spent on the water.
Yes, the experience can be tailored to suit different occasions and preferences. Rental duration can be adjusted, and optional upgrades such as enhanced food and drink packages can be arranged.
Music on board can be personalised via the sound system, and additional services or water-based activities may be added depending on availability and conditions.
The standard onboard service includes three drinks per person, with options such as cava, wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and mineral water. These are served throughout the trip by the onboard hostess.
A selection of shared appetisers is also included, typically featuring bread with tomato and olive oil, cured meats, cheeses, guacamole, nachos, and Spanish omelette with onion.
The setup is suitable for a wide range of occasions, including private celebrations, corporate outings, team-building sessions, and special moments such as proposals. The private nature of the boat allows groups to enjoy the experience at their own pace.
The crew manages timing, service, and navigation so the focus remains on the group and the event itself rather than logistics.
No prior sailing or boating experience is needed. Every rental includes a professional skipper and hostess who manage the vessel and onboard service.
Guests are free to relax, socialise, and enjoy the coastline without any responsibility for operating the boat.
Safety always comes first, and sailing only takes place when conditions allow for safe navigation. If weather conditions are unsuitable on the day, alternative options are offered.
This may include rescheduling to another date or cancelling without penalty, depending on the situation and timing.
Bookings can be completed online through the booking system, where available dates, durations, and options are clearly displayed. This allows guests to secure their preferred time quickly and securely.
If additional guidance is needed, personalised assistance is available to help select the most suitable option for your group and plans.
