Practical sessions include CPR training, AED use, and managing choking, cuts, burns, and minor injuries. Each exercise is supervised, giving you immediate feedback and guidance to improve confidence and accuracy.

Towards the end of the day, you will work through short scenario-based exercises to consolidate your skills. You will also discuss incident reporting and legal responsibilities, leaving you ready to handle emergencies at work safely and effectively.

📍 Location

Courses take place at accessible venues across Wiltshire, including Salisbury, Swindon, Trowbridge, and Devizes. Each venue is chosen for ease of access, parking, and practical training space.

On-site delivery can also be arranged for workplace groups. This ensures training is relevant to your environment and allows multiple staff members to gain certification together without travel.

⚙️ Prerequisites

No prior experience in first aid is required. You should be able to kneel and perform CPR on a training manikin. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for practical exercises.
