Snow-covered forests, mountain trails and powerful snowmobiles come together on this exciting winter experience in the Rila Mountains. Starting near the Seven Rila Lakes or Panichishte, you’ll head deep into Bulgaria’s winter scenery alongside a professional instructor for an unforgettable ride through fresh mountain snow.
Your adventure begins with a safety briefing and introduction to the snowmobiles before setting off into the snowy landscapes of the Rila Mountains. Once equipped with your helmet and goggles, you’ll follow your instructor along forest trails and winter tracks surrounded by pine trees, mountain scenery and fresh snow.
As the ride continues, the route weaves through quieter woodland sections and open snowy areas where the mountain scenery really begins to open up. Snowmobiles make it possible to cover far more ground than walking in winter conditions, giving you the chance to experience parts of the Rila landscape that feel remote and untouched during the colder months.
The experience is designed to feel adventurous while still remaining accessible for beginners and first-time riders. Different route options are available depending on the type of ride you would like, allowing the experience to remain flexible while still packed with winter scenery and fun mountain trails.
