Paddleboard hire is a great way to spend time on the water, whether you want a peaceful solo session or a fun outing with friends. It's also an ideal opportunity to practise existing skills or simply get comfortable on a board. For something extra, add a unicorn attachment to your hire and bring a playful element to your paddle.
After checking in, you'll be provided with everything needed for your time on the water, including a paddleboard, paddle, and buoyancy aid. A quick safety briefing will be given to ensure you're confident with basic handling and lake guidelines. Once ready, you can head straight out onto Clevedon Marine Lake, a safe and calm environment perfect for paddlers of all levels.
If you're new to paddleboarding, this is a great chance to get a feel for the board at your own pace. More experienced paddlers can take the time to refine their technique, work on balance, or simply enjoy being on the water. If you've chosen the unicorn attachment, it’ll be fitted before you set off, adding a bit of fun to your session.
You'll have the freedom to explore within the designated area, taking in the surroundings as you paddle. When your hire time is up, simply return the board to the hire point, where the team will be on hand to help with any questions or future bookings.
Based at Clevedon Marine Lake in North Somerset, this location offers a safe and sheltered space to paddle. The lake provides a unique setting with calm waters, making it an ideal spot for both beginners and those looking to practise.
Just a short walk from the seafront, it's a great place to enjoy some time outdoors before or after your session.
Participants should be comfortable in the water, as there is always a chance of falling in. No prior experience is necessary, but those under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.
A buoyancy aid will be provided and must be worn at all times while on the board.
