The glass lift rises through the podium at Sky Views in Downtown Dubai, opposite Burj Khalifa, and you walk a 25-metre glass floor on the cantilever. The deck looks out over the city. You can stay with the observation ticket or add an Edge Walk, a slide package, a gold cappuccino,
You'll enter at the podium between the twin towers and ride a panoramic lift with glass on three sides, then step out onto the cantilever and the 25-metre glass floor. Views open toward Burj Khalifa and the rest of Downtown, and you can linger for photographs once you're up.
If your booking includes the Edge Walk, you'll get a separate brief before you step onto the outside of the building for a hands-free circuit.
Sky Views sits in Downtown Dubai on Address Boulevard, in the podium between the twin towers opposite Burj Khalifa. The glass lift, 25-metre glass floor and optional Edge Walk all look out over the boulevard, the fountains and the wider skyline from above street level.
Please come to the Sky Views entrance unless a hotel transfer is part of your ticket. The Dubai Mall and metro links are a short walk through Downtown; taxis drop on the boulevard side. We send any transfer pickup time beforehand. This is a city tower experience, not a desert or marina base.
No special skill is required for the observation deck. Child and infant tickets are available. The venue can still set its own rules for the Edge Walk and the slide, so tell us ages if anyone wants those extras.
You should be comfortable standing on glass and, for the Edge Walk, comfortable with heights. Follow the venue brief before anyone steps outside.
Sky Views in Downtown is a tower visit with a glass lift, the cantilever deck, and the walk on the glass floor toward Burj Khalifa. We send arrival detail for podium entry or hotel collection when transfer is included in your booking.
Edge Walk and slide experiences are separate briefs on the days you booked them, with staff at the venue running safety checks before you step outside or onto the slide. Allow time in Downtown for security and lift queues on busy afternoons.
Meet at Sky Views in Downtown Dubai, opposite Burj Khalifa, unless your booking includes hotel collection. The podium sits between the twin towers. If hotel collection is included in your booking, please wait in your hotel lobby at the time we send you. Do not travel to the Sharjah office.
You'll meet at Sky Views in Downtown Dubai, opposite Burj Khalifa, unless your booking includes hotel collection. The exact entrance is sent to you beforehand, so you know which side of the podium to walk to.
We'd suggest giving yourself time to find the walkway between the twin towers and to clear security. Late arrival can shorten the visit.
Hotel transfer may be available as an add-on at checkout. We'll send your start time and whether collection is included before your day.
If you're making your own way, come to the meeting point we send you. Public transport and taxis serve the area.
The visit lasts about two hours. How long you stay on the glass floor depends on how busy the deck is and which extras you chose.
Edge Walk and slide packages take longer than a deck-only ticket, because those add a briefing and a timed walk or ride outside the glass.
Child and infant tickets are available, so families can visit the deck together. The venue can still apply its own rules on the Edge Walk and the slide.
Please tell us the ages when you confirm, especially if anyone wants the Edge Walk. That walk is a hands-free circuit on the outside of the building, not a pushchair visit.
The base ticket is the observation deck: a 25-metre glass floor on the cantilever, a panoramic lift with glass on three sides, and views toward Burj Khalifa and the city.
We tell you beforehand what you have. The Edge Walk and the slide are not included on a deck-only ticket.
The Edge Walk is a hands-free walk on the external perimeter of the building, looking toward Burj Khalifa. It is only on the days that include it, not on a standard deck ticket.
You will be briefed and clipped in at the venue. If you are not comfortable with heights, choose the deck only and stay on the glass inside.
The observation deck is indoors and climate-controlled, so rain outside does not close the glass floor. The Edge Walk and any outdoor element can still stop if the wind is too strong.
If the venue closes an outdoor walk, we will contact you with the next step. That call sits with the venue on the day.
We recommend wearing closed shoes you can walk in, especially if you chose the Edge Walk. Bring a camera and a light layer for the air-conditioned halls.
Leave large bags if the venue asks you to. Follow the brief on phones on the glass floor and on any outdoor walk.
Groups stay at a maximum of eight on this visit. You share the deck with other visitors at the venue, because the glass floor is a public observation space.
If you arrive as a family we keep you on the same entry where the venue can. Solo guests join the next available entry.
Yes. The Edge Walk is only on the days that include it. If you chose a deck-only ticket you stay on the glass inside and you are not asked to step outside.
If you did choose the walk and then change your mind at the venue, tell the team at the brief. They would rather you stay on the deck than step onto the perimeter when you are not ready.
