Gain confidence and essential climbing skills with a course designed for adults eager to use indoor climbing walls independently. Led by an experienced Mountaineering Instructor, you’ll learn everything you need to climb safely and enjoyably at an indoor facility.
The session begins with an introduction to bouldering, covering proper movement techniques and safe practices. You’ll then move on to the use of autobelays, where you’ll learn how to clip in securely and climb with confidence.
The second half of the course focuses on roped climbing. This includes knot tying, belaying techniques, and how to use harnesses and other essential climbing equipment. The instructor will guide you through these skills step by step, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
