What to Expect
This session offers a thorough introduction to the world of climbing, ideal for complete beginners. Upon arrival, you'll be fitted with the necessary climbing equipment, After a safety briefing, you'll begin with the basics—learning to tie the essential knots and properly fit your harness.
Next, you'll dive into rope handling and hardware use, with guidance on belaying and how to manage ropes during a climb. The highlight of the session is, of course, the actual climbing itself. Starting with simpler routes, you'll practice using climbing holds, improving balance, and refining technique. By the end of the session, you’ll have gained a solid foundation in climbing essentials and the confidence to continue developing your skills.

This climbing session is based in the Lake District, one of England’s most beautiful national parks, close to the town of Keswick.
The location offers excellent access to indoor climbing walls and natural rock features, surrounded by amazing landscapes.
Prerequisites
No previous climbing experience is required. Participants should be comfortable with physical activity and have a willingness to learn.
All under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
