Set within a dramatic old quarry in the Lake District, this abseiling experience offers a controlled descent down a 60-metre vertical rock face. Your session begins with a welcome and full safety briefing, where instructors introduce the equipment and explain how the abseil will work. Once ready, you’ll make your way to the edge of the rock face. The descent itself is gradual and fully controlled, with instructors managing the ropes from above and guiding you step by step.
