No prior climbing experience is necessary to take part. These taster sessions are designed for beginners or those wanting a refresher, and your instructor will tailor the session to suit your ability.
Whether you’ve never climbed before or are looking to learn the basics, you’ll feel supported and confident as you progress.
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows you to move easily. Gym wear, leggings, or lightweight trousers are ideal. Climbing shoes can be provided, but if you prefer to bring your own, that’s fine too.
Avoid jeans or any clothing that restricts movement, and bring socks if borrowing shoes.
All essential climbing equipment, such as harnesses, ropes, and climbing shoes (if needed), will be provided for the session.
If you have your own climbing gear, you’re welcome to bring it along, but the instructor will ensure it’s safe for use before starting.
The session is booked per hour, making it ideal for those who want a quick introduction or have limited time.
You can extend the booking if you’d like to climb for longer—just let us know in advance so we can accommodate your request.
