Launch is in the Margham Desert, inland from the city rather than on the Marina or Palm. The drive from most Dubai hotels is the first part of the morning, so you see the dunes before you leave the ground.
After breakfast the SUV returns you to the same hotel. There is no public bus to the launch field. If you are staying outside Dubai, share the address in advance so the driver can confirm whether collection is possible.
Children from five years old may fly if they can stand, listen, and keep their hands away from the burner. You do not need flying experience, and you share the basket with other guests and the pilot.
