Paddle across the Guadalquivir on a guided stand up paddleboard route that takes in some of Seville's best riverside views. A qualified guide leads the group at an easy pace, so first-timers and confident paddlers can enjoy the same relaxed outing together.
Your guide runs through balance and paddling basics on land before the group heads out together on the water. The route follows a calm stretch of the Guadalquivir, weaving past bridges and riverside promenades at a pace that suits the whole group.
Expect plenty of stops for photos and a friendly, sociable atmosphere throughout. Most people find their balance within the first few minutes and spend the rest of the session enjoying the scenery from a completely different angle.
The route runs along the Guadalquivir beside the Triana neighbourhood, with the historic centre of Seville rising on the opposite bank. Flat, sheltered water and gentle currents make this stretch of river well suited to paddleboarding at any time of year.
Along the way you pass under some of the city's most recognisable bridges, with views back towards the cathedral and the old town. It is a quieter, slower way to see landmarks that most visitors only ever view from street level.
No previous paddleboarding experience is required and the route is suitable for most fitness levels. You should feel comfortable being on and around water, and be happy to follow your guide's instructions once out on the river.
Guides are experienced paddlers who know this stretch of the Guadalquivir well and keep the group together throughout. Quality boards, paddles and approved life jackets are provided, along with photos to remember the session by.
Meet at Calle Betis 19, Sevilla 41010, on the Triana bank of the Guadalquivir.
The guided route runs for about 90 minutes from the moment you arrive, covering a short land briefing followed by the paddle itself.
Most of that time is spent on the water, moving at a relaxed pace with regular stops so everyone in the group can take photos and enjoy the views.
No experience is necessary. The route is designed for mixed groups, including complete beginners who have never stood on a board before.
Your guide covers the basics of balance and paddling technique before you set off, and stays with the group throughout to help anyone who needs a hand.
Your booking covers a qualified guide, the paddleboard, paddle and leash, and an approved ION life jacket for the full session.
Activity photos and use of lockers and changing rooms are also included, and an invoice can be provided afterwards if you need one for work or expenses.
The meeting point is Calle Betis 19 on the Triana riverfront, right beside the Guadalquivir in central Seville.
Full joining instructions are sent after booking. Try to arrive a few minutes early so there is time to fit your life jacket and get a quick briefing before heading out.
Swimwear or comfortable clothing you do not mind getting slightly damp works best, along with flip-flops or water shoes for getting on and off the board.
A towel and a change of clothes are handy for afterwards, and sun cream and a water bottle are worth packing in warmer months.
The general minimum age for this activity is 3, with younger paddlers expected to be closely supervised by an accompanying adult.
If you are booking for a family with young children, message via Adventuro Chat first so the team can confirm the right setup for your group.
River conditions and safety always come first, and sessions can be adjusted or rescheduled if the forecast turns on the day.
If conditions look uncertain before your booking, reach out through Adventuro Chat and the team can advise on your options ahead of travelling in.
Yes, this tour is built around mixed-ability groups. The pace is set to suit whoever needs the most support, so nobody gets left behind.
More confident paddlers can push themselves a little harder on flatter stretches, while beginners take things at their own speed with guidance close by.
Live availability, pricing and checkout run through FareHarbor once you choose a date and time for your session.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead receive an 80% refund, with the remaining 20% covering admin costs. Within 48 hours there is no refund, though Booking Protection bought on the centre website carries its own 24-hour full-refund terms.
Transport is not part of this booking, so you will need to make your own way to the Triana riverfront meeting point.
Parking on nearby streets can fill up quickly, so allow extra time if driving, or consider a taxi or a walk from central Seville instead.
You can bring a phone or camera, though anything you take should be properly waterproofed since falling in is always a possibility on a paddleboard.
Activity photos taken by your guide are included in the price, so you can still enjoy the moment without worrying about keeping your own device dry.
