eFoiling is an exhilarating water sport that combines elements of surfing and flying. It involves riding a specially designed electric hydrofoil surfboard, known as an eFoil, which is equipped with a submerged wing (or foil) that lifts the board above the water as you gain speed. The electric motor, powered by a rechargeable battery, propels the board forward, allowing you to glide smoothly and effortlessly above the water's surface. Controlled by a handheld wireless remote, eFoiling gives you the sensation of flying as you navigate over the water with ease, making it a unique and thrilling experience for adventure seekers.
Your session begins with a warm welcome from your instructor, who will guide you through the basics of eFoiling and safety measures.

We’ve got you covered with everything you need for your eFoiling experience! Our package includes top-quality wetsuits, lifejackets, boots, gloves, and helmets with built-in communications. All you need to bring is a towel, thin socks, and your swimwear.
If you can swim 25 metres and tread water for 5 minutes, you’re good to go! Our instructors undergo rigorous rescue training and drills to ensure your safety, and you’ll have constant communication with them through the helmet’s built-in headset.

No prior experience is required! Our eFoil Group Taster is designed specifically for beginners who are new to watersports or eFoiling. Our expert instructors will guide you through every step.
Our Group Taster session is designed for two people, who will share one eFoil board. This is a great opportunity for friends or family members to learn and experience eFoiling together.
We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure your safety. If the weather is unsuitable for eFoiling, we will either reschedule your session or provide a full refund. We will notify you in advance of any changes.
Our sessions are held at various scenic locations around Orkney, depending on the weather and water conditions. We will provide the exact meeting point once your booking is confirmed.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous, especially if you’re new to eFoiling. Our instructors are patient and experienced in helping beginners. They will offer tips and guidance throughout the session to help you build confidence and enjoy the experience.
