Your private experience begins with pick-up in a Land Cruiser or Nissan Patrol from anywhere within Dubai. Travelling to the Lehbab Red Dunes, you’ll reach one of the most recognised desert regions known for its deep red sand and wide dune formations. After a safety briefing, you’ll take control of your dune buggy for a 60-minute guided ride across open desert terrain. Professional guidance ensures you can enjoy the power of the buggy while maintaining safety. A stop near the edge of the dunes allows time for sunset photography.
Following your buggy session, enjoy a 15–20 minute dune bashing drive with a licensed safari driver. Sandboarding is available on selected slopes, offering a different way to experience the terrain. There is also time for a camel photo opportunity before heading to the VIP desert camp.
At the camp, you’ll be welcomed with refreshments including water, tea, coffee and soft drinks. A full international BBQ buffet is served with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The evening programme includes belly dance, Tanura dance, fire performances and additional stage entertainment. Optional shisha is available at an additional cost before your private transfer back to your hotel.
The safari takes place in the Lehbab Desert, approximately 45–60 minutes from central Dubai. This region is widely chosen for its red dunes and varied terrain, offering suitable conditions for both dune bashing and guided buggy driving.
The VIP desert camp is purpose-built with dedicated seating areas, buffet stations and a central performance stage. The setting provides a structured and organised environment away from city developments while maintaining comfort and accessibility.
No prior dune buggy experience is required, as safety instructions and operational guidance are provided before your ride. Drivers must follow on-site safety regulations and instructions given by the supervising team.
This experience is not recommended for pregnant travellers or individuals with back or heart conditions due to off-road vehicle movement. Infant seats are not available, and the activity is not wheelchair accessible.
