What to Expect
Experience the beauty of Warwick's waterways as you glide along the Rivers Avon and Leam. Under expert guidance, learn fundamental kayak manoeuvres and safety procedures.
Participants have the option to undergo assessment for the Paddle UK Discover award during the day. While it's not mandatory, you will cover the syllabus over the course of the day so we recommend you go for it! Just to warn you, you will get a bit wet, but that's all part of the fun!
Don't forget to bring a packed lunch for a delightful riverside picnic!

Join us at St Nicholas Park in Warwick, a charming setting that provides the perfect backdrop for a day of kayaking adventure on the scenic Rivers Avon and Leam.
Kayak alongside Warwick Castle, originally built by William the Conqueror in 1068, one of the most well-preserved castles in the country.
Prerequisites
No prior kayaking experience is necessary. Participants must be physically fit and comfortable in water.
Those interested in pursuing the Paddle UK certification must be willing to get a bit wet to participate in the assessment.
