Can my pregnant friends join in?

Most of our land-based activities are safe for pregnant women. However, we advise seeking advice from your GP if you have any concerns about participation.

What should we bring?

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at the Norden Park & Ride, where our instructor will meet you.

Primary Venue: Norden Woods, near Corfe Castle.

Easily accessible, just a short walk from Norden Park & Ride.
Your instructor will meet you at the car park and guide you to the woodland site.

Alternative Venue: Burnbake Woods (available upon request).

From these modest beginnings, the company has grown into a thriving outdoor adventure hub, steered by four directors, a partner, and eight managers, all dedicated to excellence in outdoor experiences. At the core of this centre are the seasonal instructors - about 35 passionate individuals who join them each year, bringing energy and expertise to their adventures. This team embodies their ethos of family, friendship, and a shared love for the great outdoors, making every experience with them unique and memorable. Nestled in Swanage at the heart of the Dorset coast, their base is the perfect backdrop for their adventures.
